Three modalities. One practitioner. Full continuity from the first warm-up to the post-session table.
Performance training and prehabilitation for athletes and high-output clients. Strength, power, mobility, and resilience — programmed around your sport and your current state.
Pro and collegiate athletes, touring performers, executives who train at 6am and need to perform at 2pm, and committed clients who want to train like the people they admire.
Movement assessment → activation → main lift work → accessory and prehab → debrief. 60–90 minutes, 1:1 in LA.
Better movement quality, measurable strength and power gains, reduced injury frequency, and a body that holds up to what your sport asks of it.
$100 per 60-min session · Packages: 8 for $600, 10 for $800, 12 for $1,000 (each includes a complimentary 60-min bodywork)
Deep tissue, soft tissue release, fascial work, and sports massage — performed by a Licensed Massage Therapist who also programs your training.
Athletes in heavy training cycles, performers between shows, anyone with chronic restriction, and full-cycle clients who train and treat in the same day.
Intake and assessment → targeted hands-on treatment → recovery protocol for the next 48 hours. Every session mapped to your current state, not a generic routine.
Reduced pain, restored range of motion, faster recovery between training sessions, and clearer signal between intent and tissue.
$100 (30 min) · $200 (60) · $250 (90) · $300 (120) · 4-session packages $600 / $800 · Combo with training $150
Diagnostic and therapeutic cupping for athletic recovery. The marks tell us what the tissue is doing. The treatment addresses what we find.
Athletes carrying chronic restriction, anyone training through soft tissue compensation, and clients who want maximum recovery effect from a single session.
Cupping is integrated into a full massage session — placed where assessment indicates the tissue is most restricted. Static, sliding, and flash techniques as appropriate.
Decompressed tissue, restored circulation, and resolution of the compensation patterns that hold athletes back from full force output.
Included in any bodywork session ($100–$300 by length) · Can be requested specifically
Sessions aren't priced by modality. They're priced by time. What we actually do in the room is decided when Tey reads your body that day — you don't pay extra for cupping over deep tissue, or corrective work over strength. You're paying for the practitioner and the hour.
