Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old to book services for yourself, submit a form on this site, or enter into any agreement with us. Services for minors (under 18) must be booked by a parent or legal guardian who attends the session or signs an explicit consent form. The site is not intended for users under 14 years old.

We offer personal training, sports massage, deep tissue work, cupping, Graston, and assisted stretching in Los Angeles, California, on a by-appointment basis. The scope, frequency, and format of services are agreed individually with each client and described in our Services and Pricing pages. We reserve the right to decline service when we believe it is not safe or appropriate.

• Payment: single sessions are paid in full when you select a time through the private booking link. Packages are paid in full at checkout through the private payment link. Payments are processed by Stripe.
• Cancellation for individual sessions: cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the session for a full refund. Cancellations inside 24 hours forfeit the session fee.
• No-shows forfeit the full session fee.
• Package window: sessions inside a package should be completed within a 4-week window with a 1-week grace period. Beyond that, sessions do not roll over and payments are not refunded.
• Cancellation mid-package: if you cancel or stop attending before the halfway point of the package, you are eligible for a 50% refund of the total paid. If you cancel after the halfway point, the remaining balance is due in full. For long-term commitments (multi-month programs), the same proportional rule applies: balance owed is scaled to how far into the term you are.
• Travel fees: Tey works on location. Travel is not included in the published rates. Fees vary by distance and are quoted in writing up front before the first session.

Third-party consumer financing providers — Klarna, Afterpay, and Affirm — are available at checkout for packages and sessions. Those providers may split the payment further and are subject to their own terms and interest disclosures, which appear during their checkout flow. We do not receive any percentage of interest paid to those providers.

A 50/50 courtesy split (no interest, no fees) or a schedule for long-term programs (3, 6, or 12 months) may be agreed during the consultation and is documented in writing before payment.

Published rates on the /pricing page are the real rates for single sessions and standard packages. Combo and long-term programs are set individually during the fit call and confirmed in writing before payment. No session or package is booked without the fit call.

This site and the services described are for educational, training, and wellness purposes only and are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

• Always consult a qualified physician before starting any training, recovery, or bodywork program — especially if you have a medical condition, recent surgery, chronic pain, or are pregnant.
• Massage therapy and cupping are performed by a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) but are not medical procedures. They do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
• You agree to truthfully disclose any medical conditions, injuries, medications, or pregnancies that could affect the safety of services provided.
• You assume the inherent risks of physical training and bodywork, including muscle soreness, bruising, and the rare possibility of injury.

We reserve the right to refuse, pause, or end any session at any time for inappropriate behavior, intoxication, harassment, or anything that makes the environment unsafe for either party. Sessions ended for these reasons are non-refundable.

All site content — text, photos, videos, the Pre-Session Protocol PDF, branding, and logos — is owned by Tey's Training & Therapy unless otherwise marked. You may share excerpts with attribution but may not republish, repackage, or resell our content without written permission.

The site is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the site, or your failure to disclose material health information.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will first be addressed in good faith between the parties. Unresolved disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
