Personal Training · Ventura
Why Tey
One practitioner. Both licenses. Full continuity.
- Dual-licensed — Certified Personal Trainer and Licensed Massage Therapist. The person prescribing the load is the person treating the tissue.
- Has personally rebuilt from five surgeries. Knows the difference between training that holds up and training that breaks athletes.
- Background in sport rehabilitation facilities. Programs respect injury history without working around it forever.
- Travels to Ventura from LA on a limited schedule. Travel fees quoted up front.
