Brentwood clients are typically running on full calendars — production, finance, law, healthcare — and arrive looking for a serious training block that respects 60–75 minutes of their day and produces real change. The studio's whole approach is built for that profile: programmed work, integrated recovery, no time wasted.

Most Brentwood clients split their week between the studio and home or trail work in Sullivan and Mandeville Canyons. The programming we run accounts for both — strength on the studio days, conditioning and trail-friendly mobility on the off-days.

Sports massage and IASTM bookings from Brentwood tend to cluster around weekends and Mondays — pre-week resets and post-weekend recovery. If that's your rhythm, lock in a recurring slot before the schedule fills.

Drive time runs 25–40 minutes from Brentwood neighborhoods. New clients should plan on the assessment session first; Performance Program applicants get priority scheduling on the calendar.

01
How does the Performance Program fit a busy schedule?

It's built around 2–3 sessions a week with async check-ins between. Most Brentwood clients run it during the in-season; it's designed to be the most efficient way to make real change without consuming the calendar.

02
Can I combine training and bodywork in one visit?

Yes — many sessions are programmed as 60 minutes of training followed by a 30-minute recovery block. Tell us your goal and we'll structure the session accordingly.

03
Do you work with post-surgery clients?

Yes. With clearance from your physician or PT, we build progressive return-to-loading work integrated with bodywork to keep tissue moving cleanly.
