Services

What's in the room.

Live

Sports Massage

Deep-tissue and orthopedic bodywork built around training load. Pre-event, post-event, weekly maintenance.

Live

Stretch Therapy

Assisted ROM work, capsule mobility, and PNF. Ranges you can actually own — not yoga, not foam-rolling.

Live

Graston / IASTM

Instrument-assisted soft tissue work for fascia, scar tissue, and chronic restriction. Targeted and clean.

Live

Cupping

Decompression therapy for stuck tissue, lymph flow, circulation. Real outcomes — not Instagram marks.

Opening soon

Mobility Reset

Joint capsule, soft tissue, and end-range strength sequenced into one 60-minute reset. Built for stiff hips, shoulders, and thoracics.

Opening soon

Post-training Recovery

Sauna + cold plunge + Therabody, programmed around your training week. Suite is being built — early list gets first access.

Who it helps

Bodies that work for a living.

Recovery here is built around the load you actually carry. If you train hard, perform under pressure, or live in a body that's been through it — this is where it gets sorted out.

  • Athletes managing in-season load
  • Post-injury clients rebuilding under guidance
  • Lifters with chronic shoulder / hip / lower-back issues
  • Working professionals with desk-shaped bodies
  • Performers — dancers, fighters, artists — whose careers depend on tissue health
Recovery flow

Four phases. One loop.

Same loop I run with private clients between training blocks. Designed to absorb training stress and produce a body that holds up.

01

Assess

Movement screen, training load, history. We don't release tissue we haven't examined.

02

Release

Targeted soft-tissue work — sports massage, IASTM, cupping — to clear restrictions.

03

Restore

Mobility + capsule work to give the joint back the space it needs to move.

04

Maintain

A weekly cadence that keeps the work absorbed. Recovery isn't a one-off.

Live now

Bookable today.

Sports massage, stretch therapy, Graston, and cupping are all live. Single sessions or weekly cadence. The room is small and the calendar fills fast — booking direct is the fastest path in.

FAQ

Honest answers.

01
How is this different from a regular massage?

Sports massage and bodywork at this practice is built around training load and movement quality, not relaxation. The first session is diagnostic — I assess what's actually restricted before any tissue work happens.

02
What's open now vs. opening soon?

Sports massage, stretch therapy, Graston/IASTM, and cupping are bookable today. The full Performance Recovery Suite — sauna, cold plunge, infrared, Therabody, and a programmed Mobility Reset — is in build-out. Join the waitlist for first access.

03
Do you take insurance?

No. Recovery work is private-pay. I can provide receipts for HSA / FSA reimbursement on bodywork sessions where applicable.

04
How often should I come in?

Most of my clients run weekly or every other week during heavy training blocks, then drop to maintenance during deloads. The first 1–2 sessions tell me your specific cadence.

05
How does the waitlist work?

Early applicants get first access when each suite service goes live, plus founder pricing on multi-session packages.
