Mobility Training
Joint capsule, soft-tissue, and end-range strength sequenced into a programmed mobility block.
Mobility training at this practice is programmed work, not a class or a stretch routine. We assess joint by joint, identify what's actually restricting (capsule, soft-tissue, neural guarding), and build a daily mobility block tailored to your specific profile.
Most lifters arrive having spent months on YouTube mobility content with limited results. The reason is usually that the block isn't matched to the actual restriction — they're stretching the wrong tissue, or stretching tissue that's already long, or skipping the end-range strength piece that makes mobility stick.
Programs run 4–8 weeks for a specific issue, then taper to a maintenance block. Most clients see meaningful range change in 2 weeks and durable change in 6–8. Daily work is 15–25 minutes.
Mobility training is most effective when paired with stretch therapy or sports massage in the early weeks of a block. The hands-on work clears the path; the daily program walks the body through it until it's owned.

01How long does daily mobility work need to be?
15–25 minutes a day for most programs. Longer blocks plateau quickly — consistency beats duration.
02Will mobility training fix my squat depth?
If the limit is hip capsule or thoracic mobility, yes — those respond well to programmed work. If it's a structural issue, mobility alone won't change it. The assessment tells us which.
03Do I need to come in weekly?
Not usually. Most mobility programs are designed to run mostly at home, with biweekly or monthly studio sessions for hands-on work and progress checks.
